Job Description:
A company is looking for a Crisis Intervention Specialist to
support a 24-hour crisis call center.
Key Responsibilities
Develop relationships with local schools and coordinate crisis
prevention efforts
Monitor the performance of crisis service providers and support the
development of crisis response processes
Identify gaps in crisis services and implement program initiatives
to address them
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health or equivalent experience;
Master's degree preferred
5+ years of experience in managed care, crisis management, or
behavioral health direct care
Must possess an LCSW, LPC, or LAC license
Experience collaborating with first responders and community
stakeholders
Ability to conduct training and develop innovative solutions for
crisis systems
