A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager who
will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring effective
adoption and optimization of solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Establish strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and
understand their technical needs
Lead technical solutioning and address customer friction points
post-launch
Advocate for customer needs and drive improvements in retention and
expansion
Required Qualifications
5-8+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role
Expertise in the finance industry or experience with regulated
industries preferred
Experience with programming languages, APIs, databases, and system
integrations
Proven ability to drive product adoption and customer success
post-launch
Experience working in startup environments is required
