Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Lead, Software Engineer (Full
Stack) to manage software engineering projects and teams
remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Research, develop, and test complex software applications
Manage a team of software engineers and coordinate cross-functional
projects
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain project
documentation
Required Qualifications
5+ years of full stack software development experience, including
React, Java, and Spring Boot
Experience with NextJS, NodeJS/Express, and CI/CD preferred
Previous leadership and management experience is preferred
Bachelor's degree or HS Diploma with 5 years of relevant
experience; Master's degree desired
