Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Manager to drive and support
the talent agenda and implement career development experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Manage talent career portfolios and coordinate work among team
members
Track talent pool, contract dates, and conduct weekly search
meetings with hiring managers
Define and track performance indicators, and develop processes for
performance management
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in people management
Familiarity with project management tools
Familiarity with office and calendar applications
