From collaborating with cross-functional teams to spearheading complex accounting processes, you'll be at the heart of what makes The Pasha Group a trusted leader.What You'll Do

• Precision in Action: Accurately record and analyze transactions across varied divisions.
• Own the Close Process: Manage month-end close activities, ensuring everything balances and aligns.
• Make an Impact: Audit, analyze, and prepare insightful variance reports to drive informed decisions.
• Streamline and Innovate: Identify process improvements and implement solutions that keep us ahead of the curve.
• Mentor and Lead: Share your expertise by training and supporting team members, ensuring the continuity of excellence.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
• Experience: 5+ years in accounting, ideally in high-volume environments or industries like transportation, maritime, or supply chain.

• Deep knowledge of GAAP and a knack for interpreting complex financial data.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (MAS500 is a bonus).
